1956 Mack C-49 DT (New York City Transit Authority 6000-6317 series) - 1960s two-tone green livery.
Two-tone green paint scheme was introduced on New York buses with GM coaches of 9000-series, which were delivered in 1958. The two-tone green color scheme would be the standard for all NYCTA 'old-look' buses. The New York City Transit Authority name was spelled out on the roof. [This special Custom paint order model have all features of the NYCTA Macks but use the slighlty shorter California version (274 1/2' wheelbase) body as a base].
