Product Description

1948 Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority St.Louis Car Co. Type P-3 PCC (Job 1664, 3126-3165 series) - post 1958 two-tone green livery.
In March 1958 the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority (LAMTA) took over all operations of LATL and Metropolitan Coach Lines. The new two-tone green livery with white roof was applied on 37 of the P-3 class cars (only cars 3137, 3146 and 3156 remained in the LATL livery until the end). In the latest years, the rubber-mounted windshields had been installed on all of the P-3s. All P-3 class cars were sold to Cairo, Egypt with the exception of the car 3165 which was preserved at the Orange Empire Railway Museum.

The Ref.191-1 model will have the original windshields to match 1958-1960 period.

NOTE: Advertisements are not attached to the car sides. They are included should you wish to install them.
